Haven't seen the movie yet but copped the soundtrack. I'll always check out a QT soundtrack, there's always something I wasn't hip to beforehand that I really enjoy later. Comes up on a Captain Crawl search. Check it.
it's all in there. some soupy strings. some accordian. a swinging french gem. a rollicking german gem. a funky billy preston jam. a bowie song at the climax (it's okay, in my opinion.) some classic/trad soundtrack stuff, including some standout ennio morricone.

What kind of music is on this? 40's swing era? Or did he somehow work the funky 70's jams into this?
