I'm working on best of 2010 list, but thought I'd mention two recent discoveries.id Reverberations is the blog that Headdress album (which I like a lot) was on. I found Benoit Poulard, aka Thomas Meluch, on there, he's a low-fi song-writer on the Elliott Smith, Kurt Vile tip. I also like J D Emmanuel's early 80s synth album, Wizards, which reminds me a little bit of Mark McGuire.
