I think it's better than their last one, they have a great sense of texture for a guitar band.

I'm a fan. I try not to talk about them too much as Bill Zink thinks they are the worst band of all time...

DC's comment made me LOL. I'm going to give them a chance since they're from New Jersey. I'm so down on Jersey, I give any band from here a chance.

Zink's worst band of all time is quite a place of honor, do these guys really rate?

They were featured in the last "the Fader" and one of the guys said "everybody's mom loves Real Estate". It's true! They are just good, easy, breezy jams that hit the spot when that's what you are looking for. Sometimes abrasive noise hits the spot, but maybe you just want some mellow jams. Real Estate was my theme music for driving around this summer...

Hey now, I'm all about the breezy jams.

I feel the same way about Vetiver, breezy jams and all, though they are definitely a different vibe than these guys.

Real estate investing is something that can be incredibly beneficial to those who can afford to invest. Real estate investing requires skill and effort to become as successful as physically possible.

Personally I think there is a massive asset bubble being built up in the real estate sector and I'm concerned that investing in real estate will cause me great loss when said bubble is popped.

I would put Real Estate right next to TV On The Radio on the "Bands That Don't Need To Exist" list.

Hey DC, you added Phillip to the contributors list yet?
