He's got a few points, but I think he misses the larger picture. You can wag your finger and moralize but the market is evolving and so is how we interact with media, art and so many other things. He gets it wrong when it comes to Spotify and big bands like Radiohead, just see my post about Spotify and the Black Keys--it's precisely those bands that can opt out of Spotify and sell actual units if they want. For others Spotify offers a way--a modest one for sure--to make some money from recordings and broaden their listening base. They can then make money by touring, merchandise, selling rights to film or TV or whatever. It's not perfect, for sure, but just lecturing everyone to "pay for their music", based on what a label determines it's worth, is not a winning argument either.
