Is there another way to expand RAR files?

I've got stuffit expander which is free, but I'm Apple. They might go PC.
Yeah, I think stuffit has a PC version as well, but I feel like they always send messages for you to upgrade to their deluxe package (or they used to). Still, it's a fine product.
